Community policing is a philosophy of full service personalized policing, where the same officer patrols and works in the same area on a permanent basis, from a decentralized place, working in a proactive partnership with citizens to identify and solve problems.
The central goal of community policing is for the police to build relationship with the community through interactions with local agencies and members of the public, creating partnerships and strategies for reducing crime and disorder. Although community policing mostly targets low-level crime and disorder, the broken windows theory proposes that this can reduce more serious crime as well.

However the representative of Kampala metropolitan commander SP Jackson Mucunguzi said sports is good and it makes people live a responsible life and playing with ambassador Ssemuddu team is a good gesture in the promotion of community policing campaign and fighting criminality.
SP Jackson hailed dr. Ssemuddu for his endless love and support to Uganda police through his initiatives and asked him to keep up the good sprit in advancing good causes that transforms not only humanity but Uganda is proud of you ambassador.
